Décor Set Up
Do you have your décor and vision set to go, but just need someone to bring it to life? We will transform the space with all your ideas and hard work to ensure a smooth stress free day while you relax and celebrate your special event. All packages can be tailored to fit each client's unique preferences.
Event Styling
We will work with you prior to your event to pull together your colors, theme and incorporate your unique design style that fits within your budget, flows together, and transforms your event into everything you dreamed of and more! While you are getting ready for your event we will be there executing your design dreams and coordinating the days styling details.
Custom Décor
Everyone gets to the point where they realize they have too many ideas and not enough time or ability to make it happen. Making custom décor is our favorite! If you dream it, we will create it! We provide a quote that includes labor and materials. All packages can be tailored to fit each client's unique preferences.
WEDDINGS
Day-of Styling
While you get all dolled up, we will be at the venue executing your design dreams and coordinating the days styling details. After the event, we return to the venue to take down all decor items and make sure everything is as it should be. This package includes:

An initial design meeting where will discuss your personal taste, style, and dreams for your wedding look and feel.

Provide recommendations and assistance for tying together your colors, florals, linens, and all décor to complete the vision for your day.

Décor set up of four areas of your choice. (Favor table, bar, head table, sign table, etc.)

Unlimited phone communication prior to event

Final meeting, we have one last meeting to nail down every last detail.

Day-of Coordinating
Whether your dream wedding is a gorgeous formal affair, or an intimate backyard setting, we want it to be an enjoyable stress free day. While you are getting ready for your event we will be executing your design dreams and coordinating the day’s details. We Create! You Celebrate! We thrive on creating a celebration that marks one of the most significant moments in your life. Our goal is to work closely together with our couples to ensure we have an understanding of your unique vision and to bring your dreams to life on this very special day.

Wedding Coordinating Details
Day-of Coordinating Package Details

Initial consultation where we’ll discuss your personal taste, style, and dreams for your wedding look and feel.

Unlimited phone and e-mail communication

One lead coordinator, plus 1 assistant coordinator (as needed)

Venue walk-through to review layout, décor, and other recommendations.

Creation of event itinerary

Final meeting (two-three weeks prior) to nail down any last minute details

Day prior to event, Coordination of Rehearsal

Confirmation of all vendors (we will confirm their arrival times and services booked)

Delivery of the itinerary to all vendors and the wedding venue

Decorating of your ceremony and reception (making sure EVERYTHING is as you’ve planned), overseeing table set up, favor table or favors set out, decoration of gift table, cake table, head table, Bar)

Distribute flowers, bouquets, corsages and boutonnières.

Direct bridal party and family for photographs (as needed by the photographer)

Lining up and cueing wedding party for processional

Ceremony and reception coordination ( Keep bridal party and vendors on schedule)

Assist guests and answer questions as needed

Resolve any ceremony or reception-related problems that arise

Take down all decor items

Arrange for ALL your personal items to be given to a designated person at the end of the night or packaged up in a safe place for you.
